What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call (520) 353-2520, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, city or ZIP, and a description of the HVAC job. We use that to return the message and to match you with a licensed independent HVAC company. Climate Pros Tucson does not send a technician of its own.

Calls are recorded

Calls to our number are recorded and transcribed so we can return the call and pass your request to a local HVAC pro. A recording notice plays before the call continues. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form or email instead.

How we use it

We use your information to respond, match the request, and follow up on that match. We do not sell your contact information. Because we are a referral service, we share the job details you gave us (address or city, symptoms, phone, and any photos you send) with the independent company we match. That company quotes and performs the work under its own privacy practices. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including _ga and _ga_<id>, used to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies last up to two years. Google processes this data on our behalf. We have enabled Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you opt in. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.

Your choices

You can opt out of analytics in three ways: click Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer to re-open the banner and withdraw consent at any time, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decline automatically and never load analytics.

You can also ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@climateprostucson.com. Information already passed to a company you were matched with is held under that company's own practices, so contact it directly as well.
